Enter your raw MCQ score and the total FRQ points earned under the scoring guides you used. Edit the cutoffs to match the specific practice conversion source.
Formula & Methodology
The current AP Biology exam assigns 50% to multiple choice and 50% to free response. Section percentages are weighted equally, then editable practice cutoffs estimate a 1–5 score.
Worked example
A student earning 70% of the MCQ points and 70% of the entered FRQ points receives a 70% weighted composite before applying editable cutoffs.
FRQ point totals can differ across released materials and scoring-guide aggregation. Exam difficulty, equating, and score setting vary.
