How to Use This Calculator

Enter practice-section scores and use cutoffs from the specific practice exam or trusted teacher resource. The default cutoffs are illustrative and must not be presented as official.

Formula & Methodology

The official exam weighting is 70% for multiple choice and 30% for create performance task. Section percentages are multiplied by those weights. Editable cutoffs convert the practice composite to an estimated 1–5 score.

Worked example

A student with 70% of the multiple-choice points and 70% of the create performance task points receives a 70% weighted composite before applying the editable practice cutoffs.

Difficulty, equating, scoring standards, released-question composition, rubrics, and yearly administration differ. The calculator does not predict an official score.
