How to Use This Calculator
This version is for U.S. licensed members buying standard vehicles. Select clean or non-clean title, secured or unsecured payment, and pre-bid, live bid, or no virtual bid fee. Add taxes, transport, storage, and other charges when applicable.
Formula & Methodology
The calculator selects the official buyer-fee tier based on bid amount, title group, and payment security. It then adds the $79 gate fee, $15 environmental fee, virtual bid fee, selected title-delivery fee, and optional costs.
Example: $3,000 non-clean vehicle with secured pre-bid
The total includes the $3,000 bid, the applicable non-clean secured buyer fee, gate fee, environmental fee, pre-bid virtual fee, and any optional tax or transport entered.
Excludes heavy vehicles, CrashedToys, broker fees, international fees, seller-specific fees, location-specific storage schedules, taxes not entered by the user, and other exceptions. Official invoices control. Copart may change fees without matching this calculator immediately.
