Step 1: Calculate Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE)

Step 2: Set a Calorie Target Based on Goal

Step 3: Set Protein First

Protein is the most important macro for body composition. Set it first — the other macros fill the remaining calories.

Carbohydrates: Fill remaining calories after protein and fat are set.
