How to Use This Calculator
Use monthly taxable basic pay only unless you intentionally want to model another recurring amount. BAH, BAS, bonuses, and special pays may change independently.
Formula & Methodology
New monthly pay equals current monthly pay multiplied by one plus the raise percentage. Annual figures multiply monthly amounts by 12.
Example: 4% pay raise
A $4,000 monthly basic-pay amount with a 4% raise becomes $4,160, an increase of $160 per month.
