To estimate when you make Senior Airman, use your official service-entry date and A1C Date of Rank. Do not rely on memory when official records are available.

Normal promotion calculation
The normal fully qualified date is the earlier of:
- the date when both 36 months TIS and 20 months TIG are satisfied, and
- the date when 28 months TIG is satisfied.
BTZ date
If selected for BTZ, the effective date is six calendar months before the normal fully qualified date.
