How to Use This Calculator
Select one grade for each of the eight classes. Use the High School GPA or College GPA Calculator when classes have different credit values.
Formula & Methodology
Unweighted GPA = sum of all grade-point values ÷ number of classes. Honors, AP, IB, and course-credit differences are not included.
Example: four A grades and four B grades
Four A grades contribute 16 grade points and four B grades contribute 12. The unweighted GPA is 28 ÷ 8 = 3.50.
This fixed eight-class calculator assumes equal course weight. It does not account for credits, advanced-course bonuses, school-specific conversions, exclusions, or repeated courses.
