How to Use This Calculator
Use your LES leave balance and count only months for which normal accrual applies. Enter corrections, sold leave, lost leave, or special leave accrual adjustments separately.
Formula & Methodology
Projected balance equals current balance plus 2.5 days for each entered month, plus adjustments, minus planned leave use.
Example: six months of accrual
Six full months normally add 15 days before planned leave use or other adjustments.
This estimate does not determine special leave accrual, maximum carryover, use-or-lose rules, partial-month accrual, excess leave, or official LES corrections.
